At FOLIGAIN Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our European distribution center to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
